At Revco Solar Engineering, we believe clear communication leads to better service experiences. Below is an overview of our pricing structure, service approach, and what to expect when scheduling.

What Is Peak Season?
Peak season runs from May through August, when warmer weather and increased pool usage lead to significantly higher demand and more limited appointment availability.
Included with Every Service Call
- Travel to your home
- Full system evaluation and diagnostics
- Labor to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Arrival in a fully stocked service truck
- Goal to complete repairs during the same visit whenever possible
Additional parts, if required, are billed at installation.
Rate Lock Guarantee
Once your appointment is scheduled, your service rate is locked in, even if pricing changes later in the season.

To avoid delays and peak season pricing, we strongly recommend scheduling service early.
Preventive Service for Summer Readiness
The Spring Tune-Up is a preventive service designed to prepare your solar pool system for summer operation by identifying minor issues before they become costly repairs during heavy use.
Important Update: The Spring Tune-Up Special is now offered only in March and April (a change from prior years).

When do the new service call rates take effect?
All updated service call rates take effect February 1, 2026.
What does a service call include?
A service call is performed by a Specialized Thermal Solar Technician and includes travel, diagnostics, and labor to identify issues. Technicians arrive in fully stocked trucks with the goal of completing repairs during the same visit whenever possible. Additional parts, if needed, are billed at installation.
Why is peak season pricing higher?
Peak season runs from May through August, when demand for service is highest and appointment availability is limited.
Why do prices vary by area?
Pricing varies based on travel distance, technician availability, and service demand across Southern California.
What if I live outside of your service area in LA County?
For locations outside our standard service area in other parts of Los Angeles County, an extended travel fee of $75 will apply.
What is the Spring Tune-Up Special?
The Spring Tune-Up is a preventive service designed to identify minor issues before they become costly repairs during summer use.

Yes. Once your appointment is scheduled, your service rate is locked in.
