Revco Solar Engineering, Inc, a growing, solar energy design, engineering and installation company, seeks an experienced Solar Sales People for The Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire and Coachella Valley regions. We are seeking a highly articulate, motivated, well organized closers to exceed sales quotas with integrity.

Desired Qualifications:

  • * Experience with grid-tied solar electric sales
  • * Strong math and computer skills
  • * Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • * Proficiency with ACT
  • * Understanding of general construction
  • * Understanding of electricity
  • * Desire to stay on the leading edge of the RE industry
  • * Ability to read, understand, and edit electrical and structural plans
  • * World class communication and customer service skills and experience

Position Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • * Sales of residential and commercial solar electric systems
  • * Closing deals and signing contracts
  • * Prospecting for and qualifying leads
  • * Conducting site evaluations for potential customers, Rough system design
  • * Estimating cost and pricing systems
  • * Analysis of customers’ current electrical usage
  • * Negotiating contracts
  • * Communicating with project manager regarding system design
  • * Logging all communications with customers in our ACT contact database
