Lead Installer - Juan

Lauren,
This note is to let your company know that the people you assigned to install a solar system at my home were very professional. Especially Juan. He is a take charge person who knows what he is doing and why. His knowledge of the codes is good and his skills are excellent. Juan is a really good guy for you to send to customers. Even when I pick on him, he listens to what I say and then solves the problem. The job looks good and worked the first time. The Riverside County inspectors told me, " This solar job is one of the best we have seen, if not the best. It is clean and professional." They liked the way it was done and had no problem approving the installation.

October 30, 2007 - Art

Lauren,

This note is to let your company know that the people you assigned to install a solar system at my home were very professional. I was told that Art is learning. His skills are growing fast and he is a quick learner. When he finished installing the solar panels, there were no wires hanging to catch in the wind. He found a way to keep them in the channels and the finished product looks very professional from the top and the bottom. There also was no debris left around the job. I wish the folks who worked for me were as thorough as Art. Art is a really good guy for you to send to customers because his work looks good, he wants the customer to be happy, and the system worked the first time. He is becoming a real professional. The Riverside County inspectors told me, " This solar job is one of the best we have seen, if not the best. It is clean and professional." They liked the way it was done and had no problem approving the installation.

Re: Service Department -- Tim Folster

June 21, 2007

Mr. Richard Vogel
REVCO Solar
26631 Cabot Road, Suite B
Laguna Hills, CA 92653

Dear Mr. Vogel,

These days, after any kind of service call from anybody, it is rare for me to write letters other than complaint letters. This is not a complaint letter.

For the past several weeks I have been working with Tim Folster, who I understand is Revco's new Service Department manager, to arrange warranty replacement of some very badly leaking Fafco Panels. In the past, getting anything like this scheduled and performed could be frustrating and not customer friendly. THanks to Tim, the work has now been completed promptly, courteously and satisfactorily, without the sort of mind numbing difficulties I have previously encountered. For the first time, Revco made me feel like a valued customer. I won't forget that.

Revco is to be commended for seeing a customer relations problem and fixing it by making changes in the service department. Your decision to place Tim in charge looks like a winner to me. He is courteous, returns phone calls on time, understands customer problems, is decisive, and does what he says he will do. Revco's customers can't ask for more than that.

With appreciation,

Jan D. Romanoff

My Solar Panels

To Whom It May Concern...
Charge Slip # 140016
John King
***** Ave Ramirez
La Quinta, Ca.
Work done 6/14/2007.
I wanted to write this to your company to let you know how pleased I am with the work that was done on my Solar Pool Panels. The 2 workers ( Juan & Adrian), did an excellent job on the unit, they were very professional in their work ethics, not only the quality work, but also the explanation of how the unit worked.
I had a problem with the unit after only 2 days of use, the entire pool unit shut down, on Monday we called the office and even after a long day installing another unit, they cam by my house ( 7 PM) and found out why the unit had shut off and fixed it for me. I do feel both Juan and Adrian went above their job to take care of me and for that I wanted to write your company to let you know that these two employees are a very big asset to your entire unit.
Thank You
John and Diana King
